Arrowhead making, known as flint knapping is one of the oldest, most primitive ways of making tools. This skill is vital in a survival situation in order to hunt, harvest plants, scrape hides and make other tools. In this class, students will be introduced to pressure flaking, percussion flaking and basic knapping techniques.
Half day, 4 hour class (Wilderness 1 Prerequisite)
