COURSES: Urban Survival

This program is presented in and around the New York City area. This program is intended for the 70% of Americans who reside in and around cities and urban environments. Usually when presented with an emergency situation and/or disaster, we are faced with the question “should I stay or should I go?” This class prepares you for those types of situations.

This course covers the following 5 essential topics:

1. Communications – options and protocols
2. “Go Bags” “Emergency Bags” There are many varieties and types of emergency bags/kits and these are reviewed and discussed
3. Paths of Travel and Rendezvous Points
4. Available Resources
5. Safety and Security

This program is designed for the city and urban environments, but once you leave that environment, the skillsets you learn in the wilderness series are the skills you will need from that point forward. This program is also offered and can be custom tailored to suit the needs of corporate clients and private groups.
